Visited to check 3 seater sofa. The shop person’s attitude doesn’t look like he was in a mood to sell or show products to us. Or may be we met a wrong person. When we enquired about warranty he said there no warranty for wooden product. Also he added wooden product tends to crack or expand which seller can’t be responsible. Travelled long to shop seeing the reviews in a rainy time and this is what we experienced. The rating for the experience and customer service we received.
